Cash McInnes Projects Pty Ltd are a specialised Construction Management and Commercial Building company established to provide dedicated and experienced service in the Education, Aged Care, Child Care and Industrial sectors.

Leadership is provided by two working directors, Wayne Cash & David McInnes, whom have been involved in the management of commercial construction companies over the past 15 years and have a proven track record in the industry over the past 25 years.

The company, established in 2004, has the capability to undertake construction management or Building work to all facets of the industry including office, industrial, educational, health and aged care buildings up to project values of $ 10 million.

The directors of the company have significant experience in these areas of the industry. The company allocates a director to each and every project ensuring that the experience of the principals is imparted to each project, enhancing the service to the Client.

We are based in Castle Hill (2154) and work throughout the Sydney metropolitan area going as far as Wollongong and Newcastle.
