We are an innovative company that comes to your school and runs enrichment, problem-solving maths workshops for your students.

Our 30 different “hands-on” activities are drawn from the latest 2012 National Syllabus.

Our activities offer imaginative, creative, lateral thinking skills and are modelled on real-life situations.

We believe students learn best through play. We empower your students to use their natural curiosity through a “guided-discovery” approach.

Many of the activities challenge the students to find a strategy to solve the problem, of which there may be several solutions. The “open-ended” approach is encouraged.

Our presenter arrives early and sets all the activities on tables you provide, in your hall, library or undercover area. After a short presentation and demonstration, your presenter, with 2 classroom teachers, move around, interacting with students.

The children have a worksheet each and work in pairs, moving freely around the activities. We run 3 X 90 min sessions per day, where 2 classes attend each session.

Because the sets are designed to encourage co-operation and team work, rather than competition, your students will experience a win-win situation. This generates a joyful, creative, non- stress, and exciting environment which they carry into their future maths lessons.
