Rolls Filing Systems was founded in 1964 and has grown to become Australia’s largest manufacturer and supplier of Record Management solutions.

We specialise in the production, warehousing & distribution of a wide range of generic filing products, all suitable school-files and readily adaptable for the maintenance of Student & Staff/Personnel Records for Colleges & Schools of all sizes and configurations. We manufacture all printed products, thus ensuring highest quality at competitive prices and best practice.

We distribute a range of File Covers, Pockets & Wallets, with the following ancillary products –

*Colour Coded Labels including Alpha, Numeric, Monthly & Yearly sequencing, all of which contribute to an efficient filing regime, minimizing floor space, managing space available, eliminating processing time and ultimately reducing costs.

Rolls Filing Systems provides a range of filing solutions, to complement the time and resources provided by the Office Staff of each School.

*File Preparation services – files prepared with appropriate labels & identification, clips fitted when required.

*File Conversion services – files prepared are transported to the client College/School and existing records are converted into a new configuration by staff engaged by Rolls.

We also provide a wide range of furniture items – such as Mobile Shelving Units, Tambour Door or Stationery Cabinets Open-Bay/Static Shelving Units Shelf & Drawer filing racks and Office Trolleys.
