Unlike generic wellbeing workshops, CalmSchool helps staff confidentially identify workplace stressors, co-design control measures, and build a data-driven psychosocial risk register that integrates directly into your WHS system. Staff also have the option to learn evidence-based personal stress management techniques to support their own wellbeing.
