Unique Building Services has been in operation in Melbourne since March 1999 and in Brisbane since September 2003. We manage building repairs on behalf of schools, child care centres and major insurance corporations.

Unique now has four permanent offices on a National level; our Head Office in Carrum Downs Victoria, Regional Offices in Shepparton and Geelong Victoria, and our Brisbane Office at Willawong, Queensland.

We have access to a large number and variety of trades and offer all services in Construction, Project Management and Facilities Management.
