Readiness For Schools” is a comprehensive online wellbeing curriculum designed by teachers, for teachers, to equip primary school students with essential mental health and wellbeing literacy.

Based on Professor Martin Seligman’s PERMAH model, the program covers six core areas: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. It provides students with lifelong skills that support their development through school and beyond.

Aligned with the Australian Curriculum and incorporating CASEL’s social and emotional learning principles. The curriculum offers 54 modules, with tailored lesson plans for various age groups, taught over two years as part of the Health & Physical Education program.

Flexible purchase options are available, including the full program, core modules, and customized bundles addressing common school issues like bullying, family life, and online safety. Teachers receive resources to cater to different learning styles, while parents are kept informed through provided email templates. A survey module allows teachers to track student progress and wellbeing, with detailed dashboards available to principals for real-time insights into student welfare.
