DTMF Group has been contracted to provide cleaning services to Alphington Grammar School since January 2007, during which time they have been found to be a high quality, professional organization.

During DTMF Group’s tenure at the school, ,they have demonstrated a proactive approach to employing best practice cleaning activities with the introduction of environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods.

Their staff based at the school are of the highest caliber. They have pride in their work and are very friendly and hardworking. Whilst they largely work after school hours, they are well known to our staff and will go out of their way to alter programs if the school activities go beyond expected times.

Over the years DTMF Group have a very clear understanding that the dynamics of the school will require continual adaption to their methods and schedule. As the school size has grown they have been very flexible with alterations to not only the schedule of programmed cleaning but also the extent of cleaning.

DTMF Group have also been very responsive to do additional cleaning which sometimes has been at very short notice. For example parent/teacher evenings, school productions, school fete days or the removal of graffiti.

The cleanliness of the school is recognized as a real distinction between ourselves and many other schools. I have no hesitation in certainly recommending DTMF Group to other educational institutions as a provider of high quality cleaning services.
