Since 2000 Smart Records Group in Melbourne and its sister company in Sydney have been supplying innovative archiving systems throughout Australia.
We use polypropylene boxes that are water proof, fire retardant, mould and rodent proof. These boxes are barred together and are free standing so making the use of shelves redundant. Each box carries four internal boxes, maximising space efficiency. The result is a system that is both space efficient and front accessible, with a strong emphasis on work safety. As our boxes are less than 4 kilos in weight.
To support this system we have an on line management program. Our staff will come to your schools to organise all your documents into our boxes and on to a database. This will allow your school quick access through accurate search engines to locate your hard copy documents. The system will alert you to when documents need to be destroyed, making available the box for the next years documents.
