Travel Health Fremantle is part of a network of like minded travel health clinics Australia wide. Situated near Fremantle we offer a range of services including specific travel health advice and vaccinations especially designed to assist groups who are travelling overseas. We are closely affiliated with World Challenge Expeditions and other organisations, who run overseas trips for Australian schools. We also have direct contact with many local schools.

Our travel health consultations are individualised and our experienced medical staff take into account such factors as destination specific regions, past medical history, accommodation and group activities.

We endeavour to provide an expert service that is also friendly, helpful and affordable. We offer;

•Pre travel health appointments at our clinic either as a school group or individual

•Direct liaison with the school group coordinator to assist in health preparation

•Malaria prevention

•All vaccinations on site (including Yellow Fever)

•Self-treatment medication kits (can be tailor designed for your school)

•Variety of over the counter products such as effective mosquito repellants and more.

•Post travel consultations – If a medical problem does arise overseas then our doctors can advise via email or we can organise an immediate post travel consultation upon return.

For the last 5 years the not-for-profit organisation,Youth Action Kalamunda Inc has taken groups of Year 12 School Leavers from the Kalamunda Shire to celebrate their Leaver’s Weeks in East Timor.

The groups have worked in the mountains constructing water projects, helping to build schools and many other activities.

Every year in September, we have travelled from Kalamunda to Fremantle to have group immunisation and health education talks . This is important for students and leaders as well. It helps to have a yearly update and a reminder to consolidate the health issues we need to be aware of. There have been occasions where advice has been given to students even after they have returned from the trip. It is comforting to know that this is available to us.

The service from the Travel Health Fremantle team has been exemplary. The Doctors and staff have been so accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. It has become an outing to look forward to!

CBC Fremantle has been associated with Travel Health Fremantle since 2008 and we have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have helped us in our three College tour to Turkey by advising us on health considerations , coming out to the school to talk to parents, treating students and teachers and compiling a travel kit to take on our tours. All these services have been completed in a timely fashion and with the best interests of our tour participants. The staff at the Travel Health Fremantle is fantastic they not only know their stuff but they genuinely enjoy their work and they are always delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend Travel Health Fremantle to anyone travelling overseas. You will certainly enjoy the experience.
